The course is comprised of 4 consecutive days that meet for approximately 60-90 minutes each day.
DAY 1: You receive your mantra and learn the basic technique for using it (includes a brief gratitude ceremony).
DAY 2: We discuss in depth, the mechanics of the technique and reinforce proper use of the mantra.
DAY 3: We uncover the mind/body connection and the ways stress release it produced.
DAY 4: We explore the role that meditation has in augmenting your awareness.
