Online Rounding Retreat via Zoom

Join me for a unique opportunity to dive deeper into your meditation practice as you emerge from lockdown by attending my virtual Online Rounding Retreat.

Clear some time from your schedule and join me for 6 days, taking some much needed time to go deep within.

Enjoy an advancement in your transformation by experiencing powerful rest and purification.

We will meet 2-3 times a day while drastically reducing your intake of stimulants such as television, social media/web surfing, exercise, and caffeine as the aim of our time together is to engage in deep rest by de-exciting the mind and body.

It is an opportunity to detach from the everyday demands of life and focus on the self.
